Shipping Fees
$12.95 Flat-rate shipping anywhere in the United States. Sorry, we don’t ship internationally. We use USPS for most things, but if you have a different carrier preference (between FedEx and UPS – we’re not getting crazy with all the possible carriers), let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Expedited Shipping
We don’t generally offer expedited shipping because – if we’re being honest – the longest part of the timeline between when you order and when you get it is the time it takes to make it. However, if you really, really need something quickly – send us a note and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping Notification
We generally take 1-2 weeks to finely craft the piece you ordered (except furniture – that may take longer). Once your order ships, we’ll send you a notification with tracking info so you can obsess over when it will arrive, following it every step of the way.

Local Delivery and Pick-up
For large furniture pieces, we don’t ship. It is just too much of a hassle. We will work with you to deliver locally (in the Austin and immediately surrounding area). If you want to pick up your lovely furniture piece – that’s cool, too! Once it is finished, we’ll contact you to coordinate everything.

CYA Stuff

  • We are not responsible if you give us the wrong address. (We hope the random stranger whose address you entered really loves the gift you sent them.) If you do realize you entered the wrong address, please let us know ASAP. Once the item has shipped, there is no putting the toothpaste back in the tube, if you know what we mean. (wink)
  • If porch pirates steal your package, we hope you caught them on camera. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in that situation. But rest assured that we think they are jerks!
